Guaranteed rent for selected properties
For selected apartments and villas, DHAJIA may take a lease, pay an agreed fixed rent and operate the property directly. Suitability, rent, payment schedule, contract term, property care and each party’s responsibilities are confirmed after review in a written agreement.
Management fees, operating costs and responsibilities are agreed before launch. Guaranteed rent is available only for properties accepted under a written lease; income under percentage-based management varies with bookings, rates and costs.
