These Terms of Service govern use of the DHAJIA Morocco website and enquiries, bookings and services supplied by DHAJIA Maroc SARL. By using the website or confirming a service, you agree to these terms together with any booking-specific conditions provided in writing.

2. Website and Services

3. Booking Confirmation

An enquiry, website submission or message is not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only when DHAJIA Morocco or an authorised booking platform issues written confirmation and any required payment or deposit conditions have been satisfied.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are shown in the stated currency and may vary by dates, occupancy, stay length, channel and property. Payment timing, accepted methods, deposits and any locally payable charges will be disclosed during booking or in the applicable platform terms.

5. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Cancellations, date changes, no-shows and refunds are governed by the conditions shown at the time of booking and the website Booking & Cancellation Policy. Third-party booking platforms may apply their own conditions where the reservation was made through them.

6. Guest Information and Identification

Guests must provide accurate names, contact details, occupancy information and any identification lawfully required for booking, building access, security or local registration. DHAJIA Morocco may decline or cancel a booking where material information is false, incomplete or inconsistent with applicable requirements.

7. Check-in, Check-out and Access

Guests must follow the confirmed arrival, departure and access instructions. Early arrival, late departure or alternative access arrangements are subject to written approval and availability.

8. Occupancy and Conduct

Only registered guests within the confirmed occupancy limit may stay at the property. Guests must respect neighbours, common areas, building regulations, safety requirements, quiet hours and Moroccan law. Parties, events, unlawful activity or serious disturbance are prohibited unless expressly agreed in writing.

9. Property Care, Damage and Additional Costs

Guests are responsible for avoidable damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, unauthorised occupancy, lost access devices and costs caused by a material breach of the booking conditions. Any charge must be reasonably supported and handled through the applicable booking or payment process.

10. Property Information and Availability

DHAJIA Morocco aims to provide accurate descriptions and current images. Minor differences, maintenance needs, building works, local service interruptions or circumstances outside reasonable control may occur. Where a material problem affects a confirmed stay, DHAJIA Morocco will provide reasonable assistance in accordance with applicable law and booking terms.

11. Optional Third-Party Services

Airport transfers, activities, tours, transport and other optional services may be supplied by independent providers. Their availability, pricing, safety requirements and cancellation conditions may apply. DHAJIA Morocco is not responsible for matters outside its reasonable control but will communicate available information honestly.

12. Property, Owner and Partnership Enquiries

Website information concerning property management, leases, acquisition or investment is general information only. No proposal is binding until documented in a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties. Independent legal, tax and financial advice should be obtained.

13. Website Use and Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, copy, images and design are owned by or licensed to DHAJIA Maroc SARL unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, scraped, republished or commercially exploited without written permission, except where permitted by law.

14. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the DHAJIA Morocco Privacy Policy. Shopify and authorised service providers may process information required to operate the website, bookings, payments, analytics and communications.

15. Events Outside Reasonable Control

DHAJIA Maroc SARL is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, utility disruption, government action, transport interruption, civil emergency or third-party platform failure. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DHAJIA Maroc SARL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
